NEC’s Computer Based Writer’s Guide, Template and Procedures
NEC has used its 30 years of extensive experience with the development and upgrade of Writer’s Guides, Templates and Procedures to conceptualize and design the advancement from paper-based procedures and related products to computer-based products. Applying its experience and capability, NEC has developed computer-based intelligent procedures and work orders for use in nuclear power plants.

US-APWR, Mitsubishi Nuclear Energy Systems, Inc. Computer Based Procedures Development
NEC supported development, engineering and licensing of the US-APWR from 2006 through 2014. During this period, NEC successfully developed Writer’s Guides, Templates and Computer Based Procedures (CBPs) for the US-APWR. NEC completed this work on time and under budget.
